1. General - By using this website ("Site") you signify that you have read and assent to the following Terms and Conditions of Use. Voyager Telepsychiatry LLC ("Voyager") reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions of Use. Do not use this site if you do not agree with all the terms and conditions.
2. Voyager Telepsychiatry LLC (Voyager) is not a medical practice and does not provide medical advice, counseling, or treatment. Voyager is an administrative service for phsyicians, offering scheduling, billing, and a referral system through its centralized access map for both clinics and patients. Communication with Voyager staff does not imply any clinical relationship has been established.
3. Copyright Notice - All materials on this site including but not limited to all text, images, software, other content contained herein, and the compilation and arrangement thereof, is owned exclusively by Voyager and is protected by United States and foreign copyright law, trademark and other laws. You may not alter or remove any trademark, copyright or other notice. Violation of these terms and conditions will result in the immediate and automatic termination of your permission to use the Content.
4. Use of Site; Restrictions; Liabilities - You are using this site and its Content at your own risk. Since the information is transmitted over a medium outside the control and jurisdiction of Voyager, Voyager assumes no liability for or resulting or relation from delays, failures, interruptions, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with the use of this site.
5. The Site and the Content are provided on an "as is" basis. Voyager, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, noninfringement of third-party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose. If you make such submission, you are warranting that the owner of such content has expressly granted Voyager a royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide nonexclusive right to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication or Content in any media or medium, or any form or format now known or hereafter developed.
7. Voyager Blog - If you access the Voyager Blog, you are solely responsible for your own communications, the consequences of posting those communications, and reliance upon and communications found there. Voyager is not responsible for the consequences of any communication in the Voyager Blog.
8. Links to Third Party Sites -Voyager does not endorse the content of any third-party website. Voyager is not responsible for the content of links, third-party sites, sites framed within the Voyager site or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy, and does not control, evaluate, endorse or guarantee content found in such sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
