Medical information is stored on an encrypted HIPAA-compliant server. We may, however, disclose personal information when required by law.

When you use the Contact Us form on our website, you are communicating with Voyager electronically. Such communication implies your understanding that these methods of communication may not be HIPAA-compliant and implies your consent to Voyager or Voyager-associated personel to view protected health information that may be contained in these electronic communications. You and Voyager personnel each agree to conduct electronically the business, commercial and healthcare transactions, if any and as applicable, in which you engage. This website contains links to websites hosted by third parties. We do not assume any responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
   
3. Privacy During your interaction with our website or communication with your doctor via Skype (TM) Telepsychiatry you may decide to provide private, confidential information. The data collected will be kept confidential. This information is exclusively used to provide you with online and medical services, for internal statistical purposes or to help develop new features and services. Confidential information provided thourgh this website may be viewed by the staff and printed and retained in your medical records (if applicable). Although we believe that Skype (TM) Telepsychiatry is compliant with HIPPA regulations as pertaining to the electronic transmission of protected health information, Voyager provides no gurantee of security.
   
4. Security This site has security measures in place to protect loss, misuse, hacking and alteration of the information under our control. However, this does not mean that confidentiality and security may be guaranteed. We have implemented 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
